AvinyaHub ("we", "us") runs this page and provides a setup service for Muse AI accounts. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Checkout details: your name, email address, phone number and the device you want set up, entered on Razorpay's checkout page.
- Payment confirmation: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the amount, date and payment ID. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password.
- Setup details: while setting up Muse on your device, we may see the email or login used for your Muse account. We do not keep your passwords after setup is complete.
- Basic technical data: such as browser type and pages visited, if our hosting or analytics tools record it.
2. How we use your information
- To confirm your order and contact you to complete the setup
- To send payment receipts, support replies and updates about your order
- To process refunds, handle disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by others.
3. Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process your payment. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Service providers who help us run this website, only as much as they need to do their job.
- Government or law enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. Other personal information is deleted when it is no longer needed for your order or support.
5. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Some records must be kept by law even after a deletion request. To make a request or raise a grievance, email us at support@muse.avinyahub.com.
7. Muse and other third-party services
Muse is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. When you use Muse, Meta's terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control how Meta collects or uses your data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
